Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly will you respond to my message?
We aim to respond to all contact form submissions and emails within 24–48 hours on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Messages sent on weekends or public holidays will be addressed the next working day.
I found a wrong result in a tool — what information should I provide?
Please mention: (1) the name of the tool, (2) the exact values you entered as inputs, (3) the result EnggPrep gave you, and (4) the correct result you expected with your source or calculation. This helps us investigate and fix the issue quickly.
Can I suggest a completely new tool that doesn't exist on the site?
Absolutely! EnggPrep.in was built based on real student needs. If you have a calculation you find yourself doing repeatedly and wish there was an online tool for it, please describe it in the contact form. We review all suggestions and have built several tools based directly on student requests.
Is there a phone number or WhatsApp I can contact?
Currently, we handle all communication through email and our contact form. We do not have a public phone number. Email is the most reliable way to reach us, and we ensure a timely response to all queries.
